As the proverb says the whole year`s work depends on a good start in spring and on the morning of March 26th , the 2011 work plan meeting was held in the 1st meeting room on the 3rd floor of Liangqiuju Building in Sun Yat-sen University , middle and high management employee participated in this meeting.
? ? ?The main content of the meeting is consisted of three parts, the 1st part , Mr. Chen came up with the operation target and overall strategic direction of Joinmax and he pointed out the advantages and disadvantages in current situation, the 2nd part, the chiefs of the main six sections made a detailed introduction on their individual responsible regions based on company`s strategic plan. The 3rd, the middle management staff answer the questions came up by assigned group leaders, who also answer the questions from the management employee later.
? ? ?The ambience of the whole meeting is serious as well as dynamic, especially after Mr. Chen shared the key requirements to success at the end ,which made everyone more confident about this year`s work plan and full of echoes of applauses in the meeting room.
